Can I buy online?

No we are afraid not, you can view the prom dresses, bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and evening dresses online but you have to come in to order them

Why do I need to book an appointment to view dresses?

When you are looking for a dress, to ensure you get the most from your time with us, we operate with one and a half hour appointment slots. We ask that you arrive on time to allow you plenty of time to choose the dresses you wish to try on. This gives you the full time to try on the chosen dresses. However sometimes you may need longer as we understand this is a big decision, so please call us on 07518 510800 to discuss your requirements and book your appointment and we will work around what suits you.

How do I pay for my Dress?

When you place your order for your dress we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the dress and the remainder is payable upon collection. We cannot release the dress without the full amount being paid. We accept cash, bank transfer, debit and credit cards.

Do you offer Credit?

Whilst we do not offer credit as such, if you would prefer to pay for your dress in instalments then this is possible. We would still require 50% when you place your order, then you can pay as much or as little as you like each week / month until the full payment is received. Upon full payment being made the dress will be released to you.

Can I take my dress straight away?

Generally no, the dresses are ordered in when you pay your deposit, however we do have a sale and off-the-peg range which are available to take away the same day. Wedding dresses can take up to 7-months from date of order, with prom dresses around a 5-month wait from date of order. Please discuss this when you come in for your fitting. We would recommend you come in to choose your wedding dress 9-12 months before your big day to ensure we have the dress ordered for you and allow time for any adjustments to be made.

Can I park at the shop?

Yes we have off street parking available at the front of the shop

Can I just turn up?

Unfortunately not, you must book an appointment to try on our dresses to ensure we give you 100% attention at all times and help you find the perfect dress for your special occasion.
